Health Survey 2009

Health surveys have been posted out to all members and we have already had a good response so thank you to all who have sent in their surveys so far. If you haven't yet finished completing yours, please could you do this and return it to Cristiana by the end of June. The information provided will be analysed as before and the results published in our Newsletter and 2009 Yearbook.
